About the Course

Course Description

The purpose of this course is to introduce the students the concepts and principles of various components of remote sensing and also provide an exposure to GIS and its practical applications.


1.Will familiarize about remote sensing, Sensors and platforms

2.Will demonstrate Image analysis

3.Will develop knowledge in Spatial data analysis and RS and GIS applications General


There is no particular prerequisite to learn Remote Sensing and GIS Applications, you will be able to do very well, if you have these basic skills: 

1. Basic Knowledge in coding

2. Good Computer Knowledge

3. Good communication skills.
